For buyers and investors

Filter assets by province, category, institution and price across all participating banks.

Open the listing for specifications, documents, location settings and the institution's stated sale method.

Express interest
Submit an inquiry. You receive an inquiry reference; the institution receives your request in its dashboard.

Engage directly
The institution contacts you to arrange viewing, information exchange, offer or auction participation.

Transact with the bank
Contract, due diligence and payment are handled by the selling institution, not by Lao NPA Hub.
For banks and financial institutions

Institution onboarding
The platform operator approves the institution and creates its private portal.

Publish assets
Upload assets individually through a guided wizard, or in bulk by Excel/CSV template.

Control disclosure
Choose exact, approximate or hidden location, and set document access levels per file.

Manage leads
Track inquiries through New, Contacted, Viewing, Negotiating, Offer, Won, Lost and Closed.

Measure performance
Views, inquiries, favourites, downloads, conversion and traffic by country and language.
Currency and pricing
Prices are published by the institution in USD or LAK and displayed in your selected currency using the platform exchange rate. Currency conversion is indicative only; the contractual price is the one stated by the selling institution.
